Mr. Bob Cusack is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS). With more than 40 years of experience in Information Technology, he brings deep expertise across Development, Database Administration, Data Architecture and Security, Middleware, Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, and Full Lifecycle Project and Program Management.

A proven leader and strategist, Mr. Cusack is recognized for his ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, foster collaboration at all levels of an organization, and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. His strengths in supervisory and organizational management enable him to delegate effectively, monitor performance, and ensure project success in complex technical environments.

Under his leadership, CSS achieved CMMI Level 2 for Services and ISO 9001:2015 Certification, demonstrating the company’s commitment to quality and process excellence. He is ITIL certified, holds multiple AWS certifications, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Scrum Master.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Cusack actively engages with both Government and Industry leaders to promote the value of Small Businesses, particularly HUBZone socio-economic companies, in driving innovation and creating opportunities within underserved communities. He also serves on the Leesburg Economic Development Commission (EDC), contributing his expertise to support regional growth and development.
