Lisa R. Cusack is the Chief Executive Officer of Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS), where she steers corporate strategy, financial operations, contract management, and human resources. A Virginia Tech alumna and Certified Public Accountant, she began her career in public accounting in 1985, later founding her own practice in 1996. She joined CSS in 2008, focusing on financial and contractual leadership, and in 2009 was appointed CEO by the company’s Board of Directors.

John is Custom Software Systems’ Business Intelligence Lead for predictive analytics and business intelligence solutions, including data architecture and implementation of end-user products to display complex data into simplified, actionable information. John has more than 25 years of experience in this field, designing data warehouses and data marts in a way that greatly accelerates the pace of development for the customer-facing dashboards provided to end-users.

Mr. Bob Cusack is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS). With more than 40 years of experience in Information Technology, he brings deep expertise across Development, Database Administration, Data Architecture and Security, Middleware, Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, and Full Lifecycle Project and Program Management.

Desiré Ryan, Recruitment Manager/Quality Specialist joined CSS in 2018 to help with the recruiting efforts. She is experienced with more than fifteen (15) years of administrative, customer service, and supervisory experience, she has strong customer service and managerial skills. Ms. Ryan is team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, she works well under short term deadlines, has strong problem solving and mediation and has the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiency.

Having joined CSS in 2015, Alyssa currently leads CSS’ Corporate Governance Program, focusing on the continuous improvement of CSS’ integrated quality, information security and service delivery management capabilities. She previously led several State of Maryland programs for CSS. Her career reflects leadership, management and consulting accomplishments across business transformation, governance, enterprise information management and enterprise applications development efforts.

As CSS Director of Service Delivery, Mr. Edwards brings 19 years of distinguished leadership experience from ManTech and formerly Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) – where he served as Program Director and Portfolio Manager. He successfully led multiple programs across the Executive, Financial Regulatory, Judiciary, and Legislative branches, serving key federal clients.
